At ClarityHub Reports, we strive to provide high-quality corporate reporting and documentation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel projects and request refunds.
1. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: A full refund will be issued if a project is cancelled before work has commenced.
- After Work Has Started: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided, deducting the cost of completed work.
- After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed and delivered to the client.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued based on the stage of project completion:
- Hourly Rate Projects: Clients will be charged for the hours worked up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
- Fixed-Price Projects: A refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Deposits: Deposits for larger projects are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise before work starts.
3. Revision & Dispute Resolution
- If a client is not satisfied with the final deliverable, they may request revisions within the agreed revision period.
- If a dispute arises regarding service quality, we will work with the client to reach a fair resolution before considering a refund.
4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- If a client fails to provide necessary information or respond within an agreed timeframe, ClarityHub Reports reserves the right to cancel the project without a refund.
- If a scheduled consultation or meeting is missed without prior notice, any associated fees may be non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
- Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Any additional refund conditions will be stated in individual contracts or agreements.
