Welcome to ClarityHub Reports. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
ClarityHub Reports offers corporate reporting and documentation services, including but not limited to corporate and sustainability reports, market research, business proposals, and operational documentation. The scope of each project will be agreed upon before work commences.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the agreed services.
- Clients must review and approve work within the agreed timeframe.
- Any revisions or additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Services are charged at an hourly rate of £40–£60 per hour or at a fixed price for specific report types, as agreed upon before the project begins.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a project before work has started for a full refund.
- Once work has begun, refunds will be issued at ClarityHub Reports’ discretion based on work completed.
- If a project is cancelled midway, a partial refund may be provided, deducting completed work hours.
- No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client information and project details are treated as confidential.
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data.
- Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data in compliance with UK GDPR.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- ClarityHub Reports retains the right to use anonymised versions of completed work for portfolio purposes unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
7. Liability
- We strive to ensure accuracy in all reports; however, we are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for verifying and using the information provided in reports at their own discretion.
8. Amendments & Revisions
- Clients may request reasonable revisions within an agreed-upon timeframe after project delivery.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant Scottish courts.
